We are looking for a candidate to join the Digital Platform Operations team to support the delivery of product and services that align with the business strategic direction. This role will require a skilled project manager who has Salesforce experience with business analysis skills to drive project delivery on multiple projects and support a variety of teams in GTP to ensure a seamless transition and alignment with our strategic objectives.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as Project Manager/ Business Analyst in Salesforce environment

Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, with experience in Salesforce integration and customisation

Experience in decommissioning or migration projects

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in large and complex project and platform support within a digital/ICT environment

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, confluence) and agile methodologies

Salesforce certification (preferred).

About the role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Analysis, this position will work closely with Government Technology Platforms, Business Analysts and Project Managers, to deliver projects and outcomes on behalf of clients.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end development, integration and decommissioning of Salesforce systems, ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

The role will also analyse, develop and implement business workflows and support the implementation of key transformation deliverables for whole-of-government initiatives and solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Lead setting priorities for change initiatives of high complexity, taking responsibility for investigation and implementation of changes to program scope to ensure they meet the direction of the business and optimise business performance.

Lead all aspects of the project management cycle, including preparing business cases and project plans, identifying and allocating resources, developing and managing budgets, supplier and contract management, communication and meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and comply with approved project methodology.

Lead and manage project teams to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes of the projects within approved scope and project methodology.

Manage the analysis and dissemination of complex interface technical information and business rules across teams, acting as the conduit between design, engineering and other specialist resources, to enable informed business decisions and service level improvements.

Lead review of business processes and facilitation of relevant meetings/workshops, while working closely with product owners, technical experts and product teams to support project delivery.

Provide expert knowledge and advice at relevant forums, meetings, and chapters to align on business strategy and customer needs.

Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced such as business and functional requirements, technical/interface designs, business process models, user stories/requirements and user case scenarios to industry guidelines as appropriate for the business needs.

Mentor and share knowledge with other team members to contribute to the maintenance of high-quality deliverables.
