This role offers the perfect balance of meaningful work in beautiful surroundings, with the security of a full-time position and the flexibility to work between on-site and office locations.Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you'll enjoy a collaborative environment without direct reports, fostering a strong team spirit where everyone works together toward shared goals.You will bring along the following:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a Construction Induction certification.At least 5 years of senior-level management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and team collaboration.Proven experience managing road maintenance and road construction projects, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Solid strategic planning skills to align projects with business objectives and manage resources effectively.Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and other Microsoft applications to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.The role will be responsible for:Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and upholding BildGroup's high safety and quality standards.Promote a "Safety Above All Else" culture on-site, taking an active role in safety, quality, and environmental standards.Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to support seamless project delivery and future growth.Manage and support a team of talented engineers and supervisors to drive excellence across all project stages.Handle project planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring accountability, compliance, and alignment with BildGroup objectives.Why Bild Group?Challenging and dynamic initiativesTransparent avenues for advancementStability in employmentWe offer:Employee Award and Recognition ProgramSocial and welcoming cultureFinancial support for further training and educationCompetitive remuneration and benefitsReady to take the next step?
