We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Brisbane. The Project Manager is responsible for service projects on rotating equipment (compressor sites, gas turbines, steam turbines, generators), including management of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA's). The PM will execute projects within the quality framework (time, budget, functionalities) and also ensure success in terms of EH&S, quality, economic results and customer satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact • Project Management of service projects, including onsite service and repair works.
• Main point of contact for the customer for the project
• Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure all outages and works are driven with zero harm and using Siemens Energy standard EHS processes.
• Fully responsible for the technical and commercial success of the project
• Strong interface and connection to counterparts worldwide.
• Leading and championing continuous improvement and quality management
• Acts as an entrepreneur on the level of decision making during all the project phases.
• Develops expansion of business on the basis of actual project / extends the actual project to acquire new business.
What You Bring • Preferably an engineering degree or equivalent experience, project management degree/certification or equivalent through experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in engineering, project engineering or project management functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment, result orientation, assertiveness, motivation and inspiration, customer orientation, organizational awareness, decision making.
• Has worked in project teams and experience in leading teams.
• Has the ability to work and collaborate in international teams.
• Full working rights in Australia and the ability to travel for the execution of site based projects.
• Project Management Certification will be a plus.
