In this role, you'll: Coordinate the planning, development and delivery of road and bridge work that will support the large wind turbine loads moving from major ports at Newcastle/Wollongong into the renewable energy ones across regional NSW.Manage the team contribution to the development of the forward REZ infrastructure program (including specific REZ projects) to support the transportation of renewables.Manage the scope and development of nominated REZ infrastructure projects and programs.Ensure the allocated REZ programs are delivered to time and cost, and in accordance with requirements for safety, quality, and environmental management.Manage the provision of appropriate technical advice on REZ infrastructure projects.Provide advice to support appropriate response to customer enquiries and issues.This is a temporary position until 01/08/2026 based in the Newcastle/Grafton region. About you Your expertise managing a wide variety of Asset Management issues will allow you to lead and develop in this position.
You must have a four-year civil engineering degree from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualification, and/or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
You must have experience in managing road or transport infrastructure network maintenance programs and resolving issues with major freight taskforces.
Broad knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of materials, equipment and techniques used in transport infrastructure maintenance.Extensive experience in maintenance of transport infrastructure.Proven broad experience in managing the development and delivery of maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction projects.Have a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and be willing to travel occasionally across NSW.The Salary for this role is a USS11 – from $148,877.00 - $158,854.00 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
