Project Manager Required - Residential ProjectsOur Client is a long-standing, successful and financially stable construction business based in the outer South Eastern suburbs. They specialise in delivering custom residential and light commercial projects for both private & institutional Clients. Project values vary from $20,000 - $1M in value.
They work as both the head-contractor and the sub-contractor depending on the type of project they are delivering.
Due to a recent organisational re-structure, they are now in the market for an experienced Project Manager to join the business. Reporting straight into the General Manager, the PM will take ownership of each project from contract signing and drive it right through to final handover.
To be considered, you will come with formal trade or tertiary qualifications with a stable employment history within the residential or commercial construction sectors. You will have a positive, can-do attitude with a proven ability to manage the end Client.
In return, you will be rewarded with a salary of $120,000 + super + car allowance with one of the best employers in the industry. 5-day working weeks with genuine work/life balance.
