Have you been responsible for the delivery of large scale solar or wind farm utility projects with exposure to 10MW+ size within Australia?
Have you been responsible for overseeing the project across the full EPC scope?

The Company:
Our client is a global organisation who develop, construct and operate large scale renewable energy farms.
They have exciting plans for their impressive project portfolio to grow across Australia and already have an impressive project portfolio in place.
Given the company's growth plans, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join them.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of the projects including design, procurement, and construction through to operation.
The Role:
Some of the duties will include:
Oversee the project during design, procurement, and the construction phases.
Work with the EPC team at a global level to improve procedures and specifications.
Setting up and delivery of good practice PM systems and controls.
Ensure the detailed design of the PV plant is adherent to state-of-the-art engineering practices including specific country particularities.
As the person accountable for the project during the construction phase, ensure projects are delivered on-time, on budget, and with the right level of Performance Ratio.
Ensure all projects are built safely and in accordance with our standards and local/country HSE requirements.
Be the technical lead responsible towards national auditing bodies and other stakeholders during construction and energization phase.
Manage all construction aspects of the project from financial close through to commissioning and completion.
Ensure all projects comply with the requirements of the applicable permits and contracts.
Lead the claim management strategy during construction, in close coordination with the legal and EPC team.
Lead the finance-accounting-tax controls during construction, in close coordination with the finance team.
Lead the regulatory processes during construction, in close coordination with regulatory and grid connection teams.
Manage the project handover from construction to operations and Asset Management ensuring early involvement.
The Person:
An experienced Project Manager who has worked in the renewable energy sector specifically with solar/PV or wind project experience either in the EPC or client side.
Evidence of managing projects including design, procurement, and overseeing construction until operational handover.
Good exposure to infrastructure and civils work including roads, drainage, etc.
during the construction phase.
The projects you have managed are within Australia and are utility size projects.
Solution-focused and works well under pressure.
A 'hands-on' project manager who is happy to dig down into detail.
Familiar with tier 1 module manufacturers, OEMs, and consultancies.
