Project Manager - Remedial And Insurance.

PM - Remedial and Insurance works - $3m to $4m. Manage 1 to 4 projects simultaneously. Seeking client-facing PM to manage live challneging projects.

Projected Resources is proud to be working in partnership with a leading remedial builder that is well-positioned in its market, financially strong, and renowned for its ability to deliver high-quality projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) who can ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, ranging from facade refurbishments and remedial upgrades to heritage refurbishments and waterproofing, all aimed at preserving and improving existing assets.

Position Details
Location: Sydney metro office based in Ryde
Team: Work alongside a Contract Administrator (CA) and Site staff, managing and mentoring the team as needed
Systems Experience: Proficiency in Cheops, Procure, Hammertech, or similar systems is required
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Includes car allowance or company UTE
