```htmlJob OpportunityAre you a strong project manager with S4 Hana greenfield implementation, functional manager with EAM preferred experience? You will act as the go-between for Systems Integrator and Corporate IT, managing multiple governance forums, and overseeing all functional aspects and resources.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead a team of solution architects, managing functional escalations, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders.Escalation Management: Serve as the primary contact for functional escalations, quickly addressing issues and coordinating resolutions.Project Oversight: Guide the development, delivery, and implementation of major projects on the Equip platform, ensuring alignment with program goals.BAU Transition: Manage the transition of SAP solutions to Business as Usual (BAU), working closely with the service delivery team.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing clear communication and guidance.Architectural Alignment: Ensure adherence to architecture frameworks and roadmaps, and guide projects through governance processes.Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and security concerns related to public cloud SAP solutions.About You:Experience: Extensive background in solutions architecture and SAP functional leadership, with proven experience in managing escalations within large-scale SAP S4 projects.SAP Proficiency: Expertise in SAP S4 HANA modules and cloud-based solutions, with additional experience in SAP S4HANA and EAM preferred experience; certifications being advantageous.Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
