The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will oversee and drive project success from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
You'll manage multiple stakeholders, provide expert input during the design phase, and deliver exceptional results on large-scale commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute projects with a focus on meeting budgets, timelines, and client expectations.Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless collaboration.Provide design input during the D&C phase, addressing challenges early and proposing solutions.Manage project schedules, financials, RFIs, variations, and documentation.Ensure compliance with WHS standards and quality control processes.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional delivery.Ideally you have come up the ranks from a Contract Administration background into Project Management as you will have a CA and Site Managers on your team to oversee.
What You'll BringExperience: Ideally 5+ years existing experience in project management roles within the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector (not the residential sector).Expertise: Proven ability to manage D&C projects and offer design input during pre-tender phases.Skills: Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge: Familiarity with WHS compliance, building regulations, and technical drawings.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Projects, Cheops and Procore, although training will be provided.Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and client satisfaction.What's in It for YouWork on diverse, high-value projects with a company known for quality and innovation.
