Analysis & Reporting (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time As our operations continue to expand, we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. This full-time role will see you based in Perth working from our office with potential to travel within WA and interstate. You will coordinate with various sites to develop project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables liaising with key stakeholders, developing detailed project plans that cover timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Focus on risk management responsibilities, including identifying potential risks and creating mitigation strategies, monitoring project risks, implementing risk management plans as needed, and reporting risks and issues to senior management. Quality management tasks, including ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards, implementing and monitoring quality control processes, and conducting project reviews to document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Reporting and documentation duties, including preparing and presenting regular project status reports, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and tracking project performance to identify areas for improvement. ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred Proven experience in project management Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team High level of integrity and dependability Achievement-focused mindset, thriving on new challenges Experience in mining preferred FIFO experience preferred The work environment may involve exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and in remote and harsh environments Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights Valid Australian working rights without restrictions BENEFITS Permanent full-time within a growing business Discounted airline club memberships and Frequent Flyer bonus points!
