Project Manager / Project Support Officer | 1-5 years | GovernmentAre you a junior-mid level Project Manager or Project Support Officer located in the ACT, with an interest in complex projects and who wants to shape the future of Australia's defence and national security landscape?
About us Aldermane is a legal and strategic advisory firm that provides procurement support, tender development, project management, and commercial advisory services to Government clients, particularly the Department of Defence. Under our growing Aldermane Adapt brand, we have built a specialist team of consultants and strategy advisors in the areas of project management, scheduling, financial audit and compliance, cost modelling, and FinOps. We are seeking to grow this offering to serve our existing clients in the areas of Defence and national security.

Role requirements Given the nature of our work, a minimum current NV1 AGSVA clearance is required.
We are seeking applications from junior Project Managers and Project Support Officers at the Graduate, Consultant or Senior Consultant level with between 1-5 years of experience advising Government clients on major Defence, ICT or non-materiel projects. We are also open to those with more experience.
We are particularly interested in those with experience in the areas of:
Project planning and deliveryProject objectives and outcomesProject initiation and structuresProject tools and systemsProject controlsLeading project teamsGovernance and reportingExperience gained in a Defence context is particularly desirable and qualifications in project management, business, commerce, or a related discipline is essential.
Applicants with experience in Big4 consulting or specialist consulting firms will be particularly desirable.
