As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations. What you'll do The role responsibilities include: Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives & deliverables. Utilise your smelter industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and technical insights throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations & vendor management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. What you'll have Bachelor's degree in engineering. Based in, or willingness to relocate to Portland, VIC. Proven experience in project management with time spent in the smelting industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
