Project Manager & Project Engineering - Randstad

Randstad Defence partners with clients of the Department of Defence who are now supporting a joint project to strengthen the capability of the Australian Defence Force and enhance Defence Communications Systems. To support these cutting-edge projects, we seek a number of Advanced Practitioners who will be responsible for implementing project management, design management and other tactics, such as strategy outlining, analysis, contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have worked as project or engineering manager with a detailed technical understanding of design engineering works.About the RolePlan and develop project deliverables;Manage design engineers to deliver on projects for clients;Develop and review project risk, budget, FIC plan and execution strategies;Prepare a precise Integrated Project Management Plan in accordance with project specifications to plan key project milestones, work streams, and activities;Develop reports on project progress and business management.About youEngineering qualification highly desirable.An understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle; Project Management and design engineering experience across complex Defence projects; Extensive project management experience in CASG, preferably in Pre-Gate 0, Pre-Gate 1 or 2.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Our offer to youCompetitive remuneration;Exciting technical project to support the defence industry;Unique opportunity to contribute your great skills to the programs of national significance.The candidate must be an Australian citizen and have a Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, please do not hesitate to apply now or send Natasha an email at ******.
