We are seeking a Production Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate the team, ensuring all supervisors and contractors deliver on time and within budget while maintaining a safe work environment.About the role:Review planning deliverables including build strategy, site plan, waterfall chart, P6 schedule, and Resource PlanReview supply chain deliverables such as MTO, EOL, and Subcontractor ActivitiesCollaborate with trades and PCM to develop weekly activity plans for supervisorsEnsure timely delivery of information (design/work instructions/SOP) JIT to point of useManage and balance resources for progress in accordance with the schedulePromote and implement continual improvement initiatives through corrective actions and issue managementEnsure HSE&Q Standard conformance and promote a culture of continual improvementCoach and mentor supervisors, supporting their training and development of workersWhat you will need:Australian Citizenship and ability to pass a baseline clearanceRelevant Trade Qualifications, with marine engineering experienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a supervisorStrong influence and negotiation skillsSenior First Aid Certificate (Desired)Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Word and ExcelHSEQ Knowledge in a marine environmentWhat We Can Offer:$150K to $160K + Super, Laptop and Phone, Salary Sacrificing, Novated Leasing, Retailer discounts, EAP, Insurance discountsYour Next Steps:If you believe you have the required skills and experience for this role, apply now with your current resume.
