Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering Project Delivery team at Seqirus, Parkville. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing project scope, quality, time, budget, and resources to exceed project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a fixed-term opportunity until December 2025 and this role require 50% travel to our Woodend site. The Role: Reporting to the Engineering Projects Manager or Portfolio Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire: Lead small to medium sized projects and manage a team. Prepare and approve Capital Expenditure Proposals, ensuring every project is set up for success.Contract Management: Oversee key engineering and supply contracts, ensuring quality and compliance.Quality Assurance: Implement quality management systems, procedures, and risk management strategies.Project Management: Manage capital projects adhering to the Project Management Methodologies.Documentation: Prepare essential project management documents and coordinate the preparation and administration of purchase orders.Technical Specifications: Develop specifications, drawings, and other documentation for tenders and contracts.Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate plant shutdown activities, ensuring minimal change.Construction Oversight: Direct construction activities, develop operational documents, and create maintenance manuals.Budget and Schedule Management: Manage budget plans, control schedules, and resource plans.Compliance: Ensure projects are managed in compliance with GMP and actively manage the risk of non-compliance. Your Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field.5+ years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of process and engineering systems in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in the construction industry, contractor management, and safety management.Willingness to travel to other Seqirus locations, including Woodend.Why Join Us?
