Responsibilities Project Planning: Create and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.Resource Management: Oversee and optimize the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials.Budget Management: Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits to maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
