Our offices are located in Burleigh Heads, with multiple sites across SE Queensland.The Project Manager leads our commercial plumbing projects across several sites and is responsible for maintaining productivity, scope of works, job costing and budget reports, managing contract variations, approving site plans, fostering key partner relationships, and reporting on company KPIs.
This role is crucial in upholding Retz's reputation for productivity, quality, and professional integrity.This demanding role suits the professional looking for genuine career development who has a record of problem-solving and effective communication, who can ensure safe work practices and effective onsite relationships.
The ability to represent Retz's Values and Behaviours on sites with a high standard of industry knowledge, mutual respect, and positive outcomes is essential.You will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the plumbing, hydraulics, and construction industry, with significant time as a Supervisor or Project Manager.
You will hold a Qld Occupational Plumbing Licence, have an Induction Safety Certificate (White Card), and a Respiratory Fit Test Certificate, with advanced technical skills on the job and in reading plans.
