Project Manager - Perth

A reputable Perth Tier 3 Building Contractor who has been in the WA construction market for nearly 30 years has appointed Infracon to source a Project Manager due to some newly awarded commercial building projects.

This Head Contractor's projects range $2 – 20mil specialising in concrete tilt-up construction across Offices, Medical Centres, Large Factory Units & Warehouses, Food Processing & Cold Storage Facilities, Aviation Hangers, Childcare Centres, Apartments and Hotels.

This is a family run business with a collaborative teamwork approach providing autonomy and flexibility to their staff including genuine work-life balance. Project Managers who enjoy working in small teams in a happy environment will flourish at this company and Contract Administrators who are ready to be promoted to Project Manager are also encouraged to apply.

To be considered for this Project Manager role you need to meet the following criteria:5+ years recent commercial building experience for Head ContractorsExperience in managing both Site Managers and Contract AdministratorsExperience on building projects $1 – 50mIn Perth or enroute within 4 weeksThe right to work in Australia Salary guide $165 – 200k pkg (commensurate with experience)
