Project ManagerLocation: Perth, Western AustraliaWhat you can expectThe Project Manager plans and manages the complete project execution after the hand-over from the sales manager to deliver in accordance with the customer's expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver contracted scope of work that spans across one or more business lines.ResponsibilitiesAchieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule, and qualityReviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditionsExecuting the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance, and the lawCreating the work breakdown structure, defining and sequencing the activitiesEstimating resource requirements including duration and developing the master scheduleAcquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of workProviding leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goalsEstablishing communication to the project team and customer on a regular basisIdentifying and analyzing project risks, monitoring and controlling those risksMonitoring and controlling project work, schedule, and budgetManaging project invoicing and cash flowIdentifying and managing changes during project executionApproving final project deliverablesIdentifying and communicating additional sales opportunitiesAdministering the contract and closing the projectEnsuring completeness of project documentationDocumenting lessons learned and best practicesWhat you will bringRequirementsIn-depth knowledge about the common Project Management methods and toolsBasic legal skillsBasic technical and operational understandingBasic knowledge about the entire ROSEN product and service portfolioAbility to manage projects with basic complexityAbility to manage projects with high and very high complexitySolid technical and operational understandingMentoring, training, supervisory skillsBusiness or technical background (at least Bachelor degree or similar)At least 3-5 years experience regarding explanation-needed product- and system solutions in the oil and gas industry (internal or external)Proven record of own managed successful multi-business lines projects over 3-5 years with medium-high complexityWhat we offerThe function enables you to become part of the team of ROSEN Asia Pacific, an organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
