Project Manager

What you can expect
The Project Manager plans and manages the complete project execution after the hand-over from the sales manager to deliver in accordance with the customer's expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver contracted scope of work that spans across one or more business lines.
Responsibilities
Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality
Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance, and the law
Creating the work breakdown structure, defining and sequencing the activities
Estimating resource requirements including duration and developing the master schedule
Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work
Providing leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
Establishing communication to the project team and customer on a regular basis
Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitoring and controlling those risks
Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule, and budget
Managing project invoicing and cash flow
Identifying and managing changes during project execution
Approving final project deliverables
Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
Administering the contract and closing the project
Ensuring completeness of project documentation
Documenting lessons learned and best practices
What you will bring
Requirements
In-depth knowledge about the common Project Management methods and tools
Basic legal skills
Basic technical and operational understanding
Basic knowledge about the entire ROSEN product and service portfolio
Ability to manage projects with basic complexity
Ability to manage projects with high and very high complexity
Solid technical and operational understanding
Mentoring, training, supervisory skills
Business or technical background (at least Bachelor degree or similar)
At least 3-5 years experience regarding explanation-needed product- and system solutions in the oil and gas industry (internal or external)
Proven record of own managed successful multi-business lines projects over 3-5 years with medium-high complexity
