Assistant Project Managers Project Coordinators Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including: Project Delivery Plans Monthly Status Reports Anticipated Cost Reports Meeting Agendas and Minutes Responsible for the planning and delivery of projects, directing and contributing to multi-disciplinary project teams in the execution of all aspects of project delivery from initiation, planning, design, approvals through to delivery of infrastructure projects and services. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and implement plans, programs of work and solutions with a focus on sustainability and incorporating research into the project planning process. Identify project funding and manage allocated project budgets, including revenue and capital expenditure, to ensure project performance against budget. Manage and evaluate infrastructure procurement and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with all approved governance processes relevant to NSW planning government policies, laws, and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver innovative project briefs and maintain a strong project management framework to enable the monitoring of key milestones and critical risks. Proactively manage key project risks to ensure ongoing performance and a safety-first approach to project delivery. Develop project documents including plans, reports, evaluations, and briefings relating to project outcomes, activities, progress, budget, and risks. Provide administrative support to project activities including community engagement and development of community plans. Deliver seminar and training sessions as required. Review, analyse and develop effective communication strategies across NSW Sector with key stakeholders. Establish project budget in accordance with client requirements and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget. Establish a detailed overall project programme that sets clear milestones and objectives. Chair weekly project meetings and ensure timely issuance of meeting minutes and agendas. Lead value engineering, buildability analysis, and assist in critically reviewing design and documentation. Contract negotiation and administration, ensuring contracts are executed and maintained. Implement and maintain JLL Health Safety and Environmental systems. Ensure attention to detail on all deliverables and the overall quality of final products represents JLL positively. Manage completion of project close out, including financial close out and contractual documents. Performance Objectives: Ensure effective organisation structure for reporting and communication. Work with senior team members to lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Maintain positive client relationships and ensure repeat business. Produce detailed monthly reports covering safety, environment, program, resources, budgets, risk, and profitability. Implement an appropriate quality control system. Utilise Jones Lang LaSalle technology including Clarizen, Jaggaer, Project Toolkit. Key Skills: Confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and experience in managing cost reporting systems. Understanding of the legal environment for each project. Demonstrated expertise in the complete development cycle. Effective communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to work under broad direction and manage multiple priorities. Adherence to Work, Health and Safety legislative frameworks. Ability to assess client's basic needs and project constraints. Understanding of different delivery methods. Employee Specification: A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline or related field and six (6) years' experience or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of ten (10) years, four of which must be related to Design, Construction, or Project Management or Development Planning.
