The Opportunity The role of OHW Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Overhead Wiring team, including utilisation of staff, delivering works in accordance with tendered margin and development of new revenue streams whilst managing existing customer base.
Key responsibilities include: Ensure construction work, both greenfield and brownfield in an operating railway environment.Interface with other management and engineering functions.Monitor physical and financial progress of work in the construction phase and assist with forecasting signal design management.Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project handover documentation, and subsequent initiation and setup of the project baselines within the agreed timeframes.Be the UGL contact with the customer nominated representative for designated projects and cultivate and manage this relationship in a manner congruent with UGL Principles.Provide leadership, direction, supervision, and inspirational management to all team members (direct & indirect).About You: Extensive Project Management experience within Rail and Overhead Wiring industry.Degree or Diploma in an Engineering or related discipline / Management Degree.Demonstrated experience with project control techniques, earned value management, S-curve reporting, risk and opportunity management, and project financial forecasting.Next Steps: Follow the instructions on this advert to express interest in this opportunity.
