You have expertise in resolving high-level problems, including the ability to be innovative and creative in generating solutions to complex issues.
About the Role
You will lead the development and implementation of the student orientation and transition strategy at UniSA, which will include project managing the delivery of orientation-based activities and events throughout the year. You will be responsible for widespread collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver UniSA's orientation, providing all new students with as tailored a transition into UniSA as possible.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in coordinating orientation and transition activities/demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills (e.g. project management, event managers) Demonstrated experience and expertise in strategically developing, leading and managing multiple activities in a complex environment with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated experience in exercising judgement, initiative, and providing strategic options and advice to senior staff Demonstrated ability to apply customer-focused, research-based, best practice approach for the design, development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of organisation-wide programs and initiatives Applications close: 11:30pm Sunday 24th November 2024
