About the Client: Our client specialises in new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across Australia.
They are seeking an experienced project manager to assist in delivering landmark projects in rural NSW.
Responsibilities: Overseeing all project aspects, including financial management.
Managing the project from initial site setup through to completion.
Ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Implementing effective cost control for efficient project execution.
Tracking project progress and leading weekly client meetings.
Providing technical and engineering guidance as needed.
Maintaining close communication with the client to ensure the project remains on schedule.
To succeed in the role: Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or background in trades.
Strong experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
Extensive experience in managing budgets for large-scale construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Word are essential, as well as Powerpoint, Timberline, Project Centre, and Aconex.
