About the Opportunity:

The Project Manager - Office Relocation for Adairs is responsible for managing the end-to-end relocation of the company's corporate office, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations while reflecting Adairs' brand and values in the new workspace. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and execution, while maintaining high standards of design and functionality aligned with Adairs' aesthetic and operational needs.
Develop a comprehensive relocation plan, including timelines, budgets, and contingency strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to define the design and functional requirements of the new office space, ensuring alignment with Adairs' brand identityCoordinate workspace planning and layout, incorporating Adairs' focus on style and practicalityConduct site evaluations and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standardsAct as key liaison between Adairs' leadership, staff, external vendors, and contractorsManage communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive of the relocation processPartner with the Adairs design team to incorporate brand elements into the workspace and showcase the company's expertise in interior design and home aestheticsOversee the relocation of office furniture, IT infrastructure, and other equipment with minimal disruption to Adairs' operationsManage vendor relationships, including movers, contractors, and IT providers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of servicesMaintain budget oversight, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design and adhering to timelines
About You: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Business Administration or related field (preferred)Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office relocations, retail space management, or similar large-scale projectsExperience in workspace design or a strong understanding of interior aesthetics, especially within the retail/homewares industry (highly desirable)Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to align workspace design with Adairs' brand identity and operational needs.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)What To Expect at Adairs: Our people are everything to us, and we're big believers in making our workplace fun and energising.
