Full time $145 - $165 K package (inclusive of super) Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced NV1 cleared L2/L3 Project Manager on a permanent basis in Canberra, $145 - $165 K package (inclusive of super).
This is a fantastic role with a veteran owned and operated SME, offering consulting and professional services within complex Defence environments.
Requirements: 5 + years Project Management expertise Active NV1 security clearance or above Experience in Capability Projects in the Defence and/or Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) environment Knowledge of and experience in the 1 DD (one Defence) System highly desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related field, such as a Diploma of Project Management or higher, and current experience in the Project Management field.
Understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) and their application to the Defence Project Management environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in leadership and management roles, and an ability to coach and guide teams in the implementation of strategy and change.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Deliverables: Plan, lead, and manage Project activities and deliver the required project products, data, documents, and outcomes in accordance with specified scope, cost, schedule, quality, security, and safety requirements.
Monitor, evaluate and report project progress, issues, risks, and variations against approved plans.
Develop, deliver, and maintain project plans, documents, report and records.
Engage with replacement platform SPOs and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain tasking agreements with replacement platform SPO stakeholders.
Gather, consolidate, and distribute information on replacement activities and progress.
Integrate Project management activities with larger program processes and reporting systems.
