The Opportunity:  Hall Contracting are looking to welcome a dedicated and experienced  Project Manager  to join their civil project team.
Working with a team of motivated personnel, you can expect to play an integral role with an initial focus on their civil construction projects across  North Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage construction engineering activities to ensure the project is delivered according to schedule and costs.
Client liaison and communication with other key stakeholders.
Ensuring a strong safety and environmental culture.
Project planning and scheduling.
Managing project budgets and forecasts.
Contracts management.
Ensuring client and statutory specifications are being met.
Compiling and maintaining documents and quality records for the project.
About you: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 10 years' experience in driving civil projects.
Experience with Council Infrastructure, TMR or Land subdivision projects (highly desirable).
Highly knowledgeable of relevant construction methodologies and standards.
Experience in resource planning and project management.
Experience working in high paced construction environments.
Experience delivering low margin projects.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive working approach.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
