Project Manager - Tier 2 Builder Health, Tertiary, Recreation & Residential up to $200MEstablished, Major National BuilderCirca $190 - 230K + Super (Depending on experience)Atlas Recruitment have been engaged by a well-known, National Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne who have recently enjoyed some major project wins across the Residential, Hospital, University, Sports, & Mixed Commercial space ranging in value from $50 - Project Manager appointment is a key business hire to support the upcoming pipeline of work, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will grow with the business long the right candidate, there is a strong & negotiable remuneration package on offer and plenty of opportunity to avail of further training and development so you can further progress within the organisation.ResponsibilitiesThe delivery of a safe and environmentally sound project on time and within effective management, either directly or through direct reports of construction, scheduling, costs, industrial relations, safety, environmental and quality.Adherence to all relevant procedures on MMS and in the Project Execution Plan.Compliance with the Safety and Environmental Responsibilities by law.Control expenditure and revenue to maximise profitability.Reviewing and evaluating legislative changes and updating relevant documents.Organise and coordinate construction activities in accordance with construction schedules so as to complete the works on time whilst constantly monitoring the status of planning, safety, environmental and quality activities.Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and permits prior to commencement of works.Candidate requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction and Economics Management or Civil Engineering) or relevant industry experience.Experience in the commercial construction industry, projects greater than 30mill, with a demonstrated success in delivering to financial targets, timeframes, planning and logistics management.Strong leadership and communicationBe passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork and performance more information you can get in touch with Liam Glynn on or Recruitment are specialists in recruitment for the Construction, Engineering Infrastructure & Manufacturing industries on a national stay up to date with industry news and jobs you can;Search more of our us on #J-18808-Ljbffr
