Job Description

This company is well established in the Newcastle area for new homes. They have several medium density townhouse and detached home projects starting up and also have a high end home range of homes of custom homes they build.

They build 400 homes a year plus additional commercial projects such as schools, industrial sheds, and fast food stations.

Office support with estimating, drafting/design and customer service teams in place to assist with the day to day tasks and problem solving.

The role:
Mainly office based
Managing a large multi-res unit site and some aged care projects
Managing the civil groundworks to completion/handover
Coordinate, program and schedule jobs, trades and materials
Oversee site staff and liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters..)
Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
Report to the Sr. Project Manager and the Director
To be considered you must have:
1 years' experience as a Jr. PM or PM
Experience on new-built homes
Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
A drivers license and white card
Strong computer literacy required
