Project Manager (Multiple Roles)

Details of the offer

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to:develop project documentation including timelines, budgets and resource requirements, and ensure they are aligned with company and Change Program strategic objectives.identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure teams have the necessary tools, resources, and support to execute their work effectively.Manage project progress, identify and manage or escalate issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.Act as a conduit between technical resources, program management, product management and executive stakeholders to promote alignment.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including internal staff and contractors, and external scheme participants and partners.Key selection criteria:Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes using Agile methodologies in a complex and dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements that meet the needs of the company and its stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and to develop strategies to mitigate them.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning, and the ability to promote a positive culture of innovation and agility within teams.Understanding of or ability to acquire understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and the ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
