Their client base includes major infrastructure, tier-1 construction, manufacturing, and mining customers. They have extensive fabrication capability, a very experienced leadership team, and a strong reputation for solving complex problems and delivering quality solutions.  The Job: Working closely with senior leaders and other key functions such as estimating, finance, and production, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  Overseeing and managing engineering/fabrication projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Manage internal and external resources for your allocated portfolio.  Contribute to the business' drive to continually improve processes and systems. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and resolve any project-related issues. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent experience will also be considered. Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably within the field of engineering/metal fabrication or related industries. Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure projects, including design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning processes.
