Project Manager - Modular

The Company:A successful and well regarded Perth based modular commercial and residential builder, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Project Manager to join the team, based SOR to work across projects in WA, SA and NT. (Some travel from time to time to these states will be required)Established around 20 years ago, they're renown for their client first approach in the commercial and residential sectors and the amount of repeat and referral work they deliver for clients on a national basis.The Role:As a Project Manager you will work closely with the general management team aswell as:Producing cost forecast reports & understanding of monthly progress claims Competency in the use of MS programs with the ability to pick up new systems quicklyManagement and organising project meetings on MS Teams with various stakeholders based across Australia and record discussed outcomesKnowledge & ability to present solutions to issues as they arise, with consideration of project time constraints and budgets Forecasting and forward planning of project deliveries Liaising with various stakeholders and provide monthly reports for WA, NT & SAProducing and maintaining MS Project programmes Attend interstate site & construction yards (Darwin, Alice Springs and Adelaide) as required Lead and assist site managers to reach project goals Produce ECI & tender submissions with the General Manager Review and negotiate contracts Ability to interpret contractual document and requirements Raise variations, EOT & RFI's as requiredWhat's in it for you?$120k - $150k + Super + Fuel Card + Company Vehicle (depending on experience) Steady flow of secured workPlease send your updated resume to ****** or call to discuss further on 0424 150 536 .
