About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Minor Works, Project Manager who wants to join a supportive company that drives safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.
Prior experience in a Project Manager or similar position.Experience in delivering successful outcomes from negotiations with external and internal stakeholders.Significant experience across commercial construction projects.Experience liaising with developers, suppliers and clients.Strong knowledge and understanding of building codes.Prior experience in a leadership role with proven capability of successfully managing a team.This position will suit a relationship focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.This is a great opportunity for a construction management specialist to develop and grow professionally.
