Project Manager - Minor Works

Our client is a Tier 1, National Electrical Construction Contractor who are BOOMING in Australia. Due to unprecedented growth in their Electrical Division in WA, they are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (Minor Works) to join their team in Perth.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be responsible for;
Management and delivery of multiple Minor Works Electrical projects from start to finish – ranging from $100K to $3M.Working on WA's most Iconic Electrical Construction ProjectsMonitoring progress on site & manage supervisors & leading handsForecasting and scheduling projects for successful project completion – dependant on experience, training can be provided.Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, subcontractors, and suppliersAttend relevant site meetings and site inspections where requiredBe a direct liaison with the client in regards to pricing and submitting variationsPresent and follow up client pricing and proposalManaging project budgets and variationsManage project WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance Monitoring HSEQ compliance, installation compliance & quality on siteABOUT YOU Minimum 2 years' experience in managing Electrical Minor Works ProjectsExperience managing small / multiple Elec projects – ranging in value from $100K - $3mAbility to engage & lead a team and manage staff with varied disciplines of expertise.Ability to understand Construction documents (e.g. specifications, drawings & schedules)If you fit the above criteria and you're interested to explore this opportunity further click APPLY NOW, this position will not last long!
