Project Manager - Mining Technology

We are partnering with an ASX listed Mining & Technology company who specialises in digital twins, simulation and advanced process control industrial automation projects.

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Perth team.

As the Project Manager you will be tasked with the following: Manage the life-cycle of the project from award to handover - Process Optimisation, Industrial Automation, Digital Twins, Simulation, Advanced Process Control projects - range of commodities.Manage and delegate tasks to the engineers through the project.Manage the relationship with the client and feedback, budget/costs, scope, expectations, timelines, status, risk etc.Streamline and standardise the existing process - there is a lot of creative freedom here to make the role your own.Report to the Managing Director on the progress of the project.Scheduling and executing on the project delivery.Conduct presentations to clients and operators on findings, recommendations, product.Your professional background will include: A recognised qualification in Engineering/Project Management.A proven track record as a project manager - in Engineering, Technology, Mining and/or Industrial Automation.Process optimisation experience - systems, structure, methodologies, documentation, standardisation.SAP, MS Project & Microsoft Office Suite.This is a great opportunity to work with a company who is completing very complex technical projects.
