Due to recent growth in the business, we now have fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Project Manager with a can-do attitude to join our highly driven and successful Victorian Sales Team based out of our Rowville office, Melbourne. About the Role The role of the Project Manager – Major Works, is to oversee business development through sales, planning, site management and installation management of state wide large size projects within Victoria. Working at the design stage on Greenfields and Brownfield projects the role works collaboratively with the broader Planning and New Developments team as well as the Victorian Sales Teams to deliver Arjo products and systems across the state. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, Victoria and Tasmania, you will be engaged across current and projected pipeline. The main duties/pillars of this role are: Business development of the ceiling hoist and mobility bath systems Building the pipeline for opportunities Closing the sale with the key stake holders Project coordination Contract Administration Quality Management We are looking for a person who: Has experience of Construction or Building Site Etiquette and Management.  Have experience in selling solution concepts and products to key stakeholder in healthcare, building and construction companies, design planners, architects and aged care; Has proven knowledge around the Installation of, or the Management of the Installation of Arjo Products by a Third Party. Can ensure projects are designed, built and delivered on time, to budget and to required quality specification Some sales experience, would be beneficial. Provides project management expertise in partnership with key stakeholders, head contractors, consultants and suppliers Understands site drawings, service drawings and assists with design. Can manage a delivery schedule for the implementation of Arjo products. Understands small team environments with the ability to take initiative and to work autonomously. The skills you will need: A minimum of four years Project Management experience gained in either contractor or client side roles in the local market OR Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Project Management or Contract Management experience working in the Healthcare/Residential construction industry Construction experience Able to think independently and have good rational decision making ability. Proven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts An energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomes Strong communication, attention to detail and customer centricity skills High level of Project Management skills to deliver on time and on budget.
