Leading multi-building services contractor that works on major projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, education, and defence sectors.
Position
Reporting into the divisional manager/director, you will be accountable for the delivery of multiple projects at any one time for the mech elec package.
You will work closely with the client, subcontractors, and internal electricians for successful delivery.
Your role will also be accountable for:
Setting program of worksProcurement; labour and materialsSite logistics and coordinationClash detection and mitigationOverseeing leading hands, supervisors, and tradesClient managementCommercial managementYou
To be successful, you will have either worked in a similar role previously for a mech elec contractor or you will have worked as a supervisor, site manager, or leading hand looking to step up to the next level in your career.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent working knowledge of mechanical electricalSwitchboard knowledgeLarge site experienceClash detection and mitigation strategiesExcellent working understanding of Australian standardsSecurity - CCTV and access control experience (not essential)Benefits
