Process Manager – Coles Own BrandWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process/Project Manager to join our team on a 6-8 month maternity contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to project manage the lifecycle of Coles Own Brand products, work with great stakeholders (and a fabulous team) and learn some great processes.Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, overall, what we are really looking for is someone who has great communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.We provide all the training necessary for our internal systems and processes to set you up for success, with the view that our ideal candidate will also demonstrate they are conscientious, open to learning and has natural leadership skills.Role Overview:As a Process Manager, you'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, liaise with key stakeholders and quality standards.
The role is within Coles office (hybrid working) so you will be dedicated to this account and project managing the lifecycle of artwork through the business from start to finish.Your knack for effective communication, problem-solving, and proactivity will be key in fostering a positive team environment.Key Areas of Responsibility:Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with Coles contacts ensuring a fully collaborative approach throughout the teamEstablish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Coles end to end product development and packaging, design and artwork processes and as such be able to evaluate and assess any future potential for evolution of said processesManage pro-actively and positively outlining solutions where an issue or risk is presentedClear communication and collaborative interaction with all key stakeholders within a project, with a particular focus on the level of reporting delivered to Coles management teamsProblem solving to resolve critical paths tracking lateWeekly (and daily where necessary) reporting of the status of projects to key stakeholdersReporting into JPG Account Director Qualifications and SkillsConfident, friendly and the ability to work without supervision, as well as in a team environmentA proactive and positive attitudeOrganised and efficient managing multiple competing priorities.Excellent client service skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management & organisational skillsNatural problem-solverLearn and retain informationAn advantage but not essential:Previous experience in FMCG / packagingMicrosoft Excel experience advantageProject management software experience i.e.
