Our Infrastructure team have been helping the largest clients across Australia with their complex projects. We have a number of roles coming up for Project Managers to work across a variety of different projects from aviation, transport, power and utilities.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development of international airports to site based construction of individual buildings, or the largest rail infrastructure projects in the country. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.
The main purpose of the Project Manager is to optimise project success by delivering against agreed project objectives. Our project managers see the value in agreeing from the outset 'what good looks like' and take pride in ensuring alignment to this as the project progresses. Some of the key specifications we attribute to the purpose include:
Proven ability to own and manage key functional aspects within the project, including: safety, scope, risk, cost, change, schedule and quality.Taking responsibility for effectively and efficiently leading a project or suite of projects, employing proven project management experience to plan, monitor and document tasks throughout a project.Identifying and managing the resources necessary to support project execution, including leading and motivating people to 'bring out the best in everyone'.Fostering a collaborative and communicative project culture with a broad range of stakeholders.Day-to-day management of projects through the complete life cycle, including successfully implementing from initiation through deployment and handover into operations.QualificationsMinimum of 7-12 years working in a Project Management role.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Recognised Project Management Qualification is essential (e.g. AAPM, APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP) or equivalent.Experience working in the infrastructure and/or construction sector.Experience in Aviation, Power or Utilities is highly desirable.Sound understanding of engineering and design in delivery, as well as a solid understanding of safety practices in project delivery.Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects at various stages of delivery.Experience operating at various stages in the project lifecycle.Proven experience in contractor management, contract management, budgets and schedules.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
