At RFI we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and delivering results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and driven Project Manager, Macro working in our Service team and lead major projects that make a significant impact. About the role
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing large-scale projects that span across various departments and client needs. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Your expertise in coordinating complex initiatives and your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of WHS systems, processes, and procedures Lead and manage major projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Engage with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and address any concerns or issues that arise. Oversee project resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency. Track project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as necessary to achieve project goals. Identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed project reports highlighting key milestones, risks and achievements. Manage sub-contractor and consultant resources to deliver the project within set timelines. Understand and manage the processes relating to tenure agreements, site design and constructability. Ensure projects operate within time and budget restraints and follow necessary procedures to articulate any issues affecting the achievement of project objectives.
About you
You will ideally have 5 years + experience in project management in Macro Tertiary qualifications in engineering, or a related field and project management certification is preferred. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Extensive experience with project management software and methodologies. Experience in the technology sector is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. You have experience working in a telco/construction or similar environment You have strong technical capabilities, superior problem-solving skills and demonstrated relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
