McMullen Nolan Group (MNG), was formed in 1989 to provide alternative survey services in the land development industry. Since the company's inception MNG has been dedicated to providing personalised and innovative spatial solutions to both the Land Development and Engineering & Infrastructure sectors across Australia.
Today, our core business focus upon the provision of survey services to larger scale greenfields subdivision clients who have a dominant share of the Land Development market. Combined with our award-winning laser scanning technologies, primarily focused upon the Engineering and Infrastructure market, MNG is one of the pre-eminent survey businesses in Australia.

You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of fun, the ability to work well under pressure and a commitment to providing exceptional client and customer service. You will bring knowledge of the Land Development industry and the role of the Principal Surveyor in greenfield and infill developments, and demonstrate exceptional project management skills/experience in:
Surveying (especially Licensed Surveyors)Engineering and constructionTown PlanningDevelopment Management (land and property)The position will be responsible for overseeing and instructing on the following core tasks, including but not limited to:
Provide professional advice to our valued clients on land tenure mattersManage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle including:Accurate cadastral boundary establishment and control surveysFeature surveysLot pre-calculationAs-constructed surveys and deliverablesPreparation of Deposited Plans of subdivision & Strata PlansLiaison with local authorities, MRWA, Water Corporation, DPLH, WAPCAbility to review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling process.Understanding of Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processesWorkforce planning and schedulingBudget control and invoicingNetworking, building and maintaining client relationshipsHSEMS and QMS ManagementTendering and fee proposalsAbility to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise work flows to meet critical path expectationsWe welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates practicing in other State jurisdictions within Australia or New Zealand.
