Exposure using Scrum will be desirable as the project manager will be managing the ITAM projects.Responsibilities include:• Project management and reporting using the defined methodology and tools of client and Atturra PMO• Performs the day-to-day management of the project and has accountability for managing the project within the approved constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver outcomes that meet user expectations• Formal status reporting to the business partner, program manager and steering committee• Weekly progress reporting to relevant Leads• Work closely with the Business Partner team, the project team including the technology partners, key business stakeholders and the PMO to ensure clear alignment on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, accountabilities in delivering user centric outcomes• Manage relationship with team members, customers, vendors, and all stakeholders and provide the necessary visibility, direction and leadership to all parties• Responsible for outlining the products to be produced during workshops and ensure that members of the group are clear on responsibilities and accountabilities• Responsible for quality and completeness of all project artefacts• Proactively identify, log, monitor and manage project risks and issues• Submit change requests to the Project Board with impact analyses• Ensure outcomes meet customer expectations and achieve sign-off for the successful completion of all agreed deliverables.Working conditions• Based in Brisbane, Queensland• Onsite• Permanent full time• Occasional travel to operational sites• May be required to work outside of regular business hours to facilitate work at operational sitesWhat will make you successful in this role?Essential• Demonstrated 6-10 years of project management experience in ITAM projects (Cisco, Dell etc)• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management capabilities• Hands on approach to all aspects of the project life cycle• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing medium to large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably within complex mining/oil/gas, IT/telecommunications, etc.• Demonstrated experience in project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive results-focused and innovative solutions.• Ability to work within complex organisational environments and remote teams• A strong focus on ensuring the project has user buy-in early and throughout the project, delivering a fit-for-purpose and well accepted end product• Ability to perform under pressure, resolve conflicts and achieve agreement amongst users and stakeholders• Experience using Prince II or similar project management methodologiesDesirable• Experience in some or all the following skills is considered desirable:• Workshop facilitation• Agile methodologies• Stakeholder engagement• Change management• Risk management• Lessons learntHow to applyCareers | Atturrahttps://atturra.com/au-en/careersRecruitment Agencies/Headhunters:We got this covered.
