Location: Fortitude Valley, Queensland Type: Contract Job #17275 Overview Our commercial client is looking for a Brisbane-based Organisational Change Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the impact of new IT systems and processes for a large IT program are managed in an effective way to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes, applying their change methodology.
Responsibilities Deliver an existing project Organisational Change and Stakeholder Management Strategy and Plan, aligning with enterprise change management principles and methodologies.
Understand the change impacts that have already been identified and implement communications required to support the change program (as outlined in the existing change and communication plan and strategy).
Deliver against the existing Training Needs Analysis to deliver training requirements for end users.
Manage a change team to deliver the training approach and the training materials that have been developed with the view to update as required from user acceptance testing outputs and learnings.
Lead engagement activities for the project with relevant stakeholders, including senior leaders and leaders, to support business readiness for change and embedding the new way of working.
Oversee training engagement and delivery along with communications and project messaging, in collaboration with the enterprise communications team.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of Change, Communications and Training Specialists to monitor, measure and report against the change management and communication deliverables to ensure the project deliverables and business outcomes are met.

Skills and qualifications Minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in an IT Organisational Change Manager role in a large and complex IT organisation.
Professional Organisational Change Manager qualification is highly desirable.
Experience in entering projects in progress that have a high Enterprise focus and working with existing established teams and established strategies and plans.
High level of demonstrated experience working as an IT Organisational Change Manager to successfully deliver desired business outcomes, in a large and complex organisation.
Extensive knowledge of organisational change management methodologies, tools and structure and be able to adapt this to fit within the current Change Management Framework.
Exceptional level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
Experience in managing a team of Change, Communications and Training Specialists to deliver quality outcomes within required timeframes.
