Project Manager (Insurance Repairs)

Details of the offer

We're not just hiring for skills – we're looking for personality. If you're a proactive leader who's great with people and projects, this role is for you. About the Company:We're not your typical construction company. At Reconstruct, we specialise in insurance repair projects across both commercial and domestic sectors, and we've built a reputation for getting the job done right – every single time. Our team is known for its commitment to quality, exceptional customer service, and that extra bit of care that sets us apart from the rest.
Following our exceptional performance in Victoria, we're expanding into Queensland, and we need a driven leader to spearhead our Brisbane operations.
This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be the face of our company in a new region, driving growth and building strong relationships. If you value a supportive culture, love a fast-paced role, and want to be part of a team that actually listens and cares, we want to hear from you!
About the role:As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the charge in Brisbane, overseeing a diverse range of insurance repair projects. You won't be tied to a desk – you'll be out in the field, making things happen from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly, hit deadlines, and exceed expectations.
We're looking for a confident, adaptable leader who loves a challenge and has a strong network in the industry. If you're proactive, well-connected, and can think on your feet, this role is your chance to make a real impact.

Career Growth: Be at the forefront of our expansion into Queensland with genuine opportunities for progression.

Impactful Role: Shape the future of our Brisbane branch and leave your mark on a growing company.
How to apply:Think you've got what it takes? We'd love to hear from you. Here's what to do:
Record a short casual video (Loom.com link) introducing yourself and explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.Answer this question in your application: Why do you think personality is just as important as experience in a Senior Project Manager role?Only applicants who complete all three steps will be considered.
