Role Description We're looking for a Project Manager to assist with the delivery of high profile, large scale Industrial projects.
These projects include automated warehouses, cold-storage facilities, distribution centres and other significant Industrial estates.
Each project is worth between $100m - $300m.
Located in our Sydney office, you'll also be responsible for: Assisting with scoping of works and design development.
Managing the tender and procurement process.
Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing the construction/delivery of various projects.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience delivering construction building projects, ideally as a client-side Project Manager within a consulting environment.
You'll also need: Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders in live environments.
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
