You will be delivering 4 projects valued between $58 million and $140 million, located in the Inner Wollongong Area.Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projectsLocation: Wollongong AreaSalary range: $180,000 - $250,000 + Super, negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.What you will be doing:In this role, you'll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, and encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines and budgets.What are we looking for?We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally, exposure to projects above $40 million would help with being successful in this role.
