ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing subdivision projects within the Wollongong region. You'll work closely with engineers, site teams, and clients to ensure that projects meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets. Your experience in subdivisions will be essential as you lead teams, navigate challenges, and maintain the company's commitment to quality.
DUTIES. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to guide project milestones. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to keep all parties aligned and informed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, budget updates, and compliance records. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Proven experience in managing subdivision projects within the civil construction sector. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
