You will be delivering 4 projects $58 - $140 million high-end apartment development projects located in the Inner Wollongong Area.

What you will be doing?
In this role you'll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators and subcontractors.
Projects range between $58m - $140m high-end apartment development project.
You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects.
Ideally exposure to project above $40 million would help with being successful in this role.
Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
