Job Description The Opportunity This is a 2 year Maximum Term Contract based out of our Osborne Park Office. Salary range is $155k - $185k p.a + Super RWWA is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiencies for our employees and stakeholder groups. We are currently embarking on a transformative project to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new Customer Engagement Platform, and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this critical initiative.
As the Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring it integrates seamlessly within our organisation. This role requires a strategic leader skilled in project management methodologies, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for guiding the project from initial analysis and design through to execution and successful deployment, all while managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Solution Optimisation: Align Dynamics 365 with business processes, ensuring performance is optimised for user experience. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues with the technical teams. Change Management: Support end-user training and adoption, partnering with our Change Management team. Reporting and Financial Oversight: Maintain transparency on project status and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to drive future project success. Qualifications About You What we are looking for... Experience: Proven project management experience, particularly with large-scale ERP or CRM implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. Skills: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies; excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Leadership: Ability to lead diverse teams and foster productive relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
