This role will support project delivery across Operations in Western Australia.We require a team player that thrives in dynamic environments and can seamlessly adapt to changing project requirements. This role demands agility, as projects can range from short to long-term, across various industries and client relationships. The Project Manager reporting to Operations Manager, will oversee the entire project lifecycle, working closely with the Operations Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications. Key responsibilities include strong client relationship management, supporting operations, project lifecycle reporting, and driving continuous improvement for efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and track projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.Methodology & Reporting: Implement project management methodologies, prepare close-out reports, and track project performance.Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Superintendent to align projects with operational goals, people and resources.Client Communication: Maintain regular proactive communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction.Procedure Development: Write and submit project-specific procedures for internal review and approval.Forecasting & Budgeting: Work closely with Operations Manager and Superintendent in forecasting costs and resources, ensuring projects remain within budget and timeframes.Industry-Specific Projects: Manage projects related to Ports Infrastructure, Defence, and Moorings.Skills and Knowledge:Education: Degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Open to graduate applications.Demonstrated experience in project management, with experience in related industries.
